“What’s for dinner?…’Avocado Toast & ORANGE JULIUS’!”


♥Hello Friends!

Here’s one of my favorite things to make.  Not only is it an easy dinner, I like it for lunch or even breakfast!  I’m telling you, eating HEALTHY doesn’t have to be more difficult or time consuming, although it can be that.  As you change your diet, “simplicity” not only becomes your theme, in many cases it tastes and feels better.  It’s because we are learning to actually “taste” our whole, unadulterated food and “feel” what it does to our SPIRITS, BODIES and MINDS.

So enjoy this easy, refreshing and HEALING meal!

Click here for my ORANGE JULIUS recipe.  Avocado toast doesn’t really need a recipe, but I included a pic.  Just slice and smoosh avocado on your HEALTHY whole grain toast, sprinkle with a little pepper and Real Salt or garlic salt.  And if you are feeling adventurous add some sliced tomato if so desired!
