KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!

By the world’s standards I am no expert on the study of the SPIRIT/BODY/MIND connection.  I have no credentials, diplomas, degrees or certifications of any kind (although those are worthy endeavors).  I am however a child of God and because of that I have access to the guidance of the Spirit, as do you!  I have been lead down a path of HEALING through reading, praying, meditating, and also through experience (from my own health issues as well as those of my family and friends).  Experience can be empowering if we let it and it is quite the teacher!  I suspect many of you have the same credentials as me and so through this blog, and some of my favorite resources I’ve listed here, I hope to help empower you too! (From time to time I may add or change some of the resources as I continue to learn.)
