• Scriptures  (How better to understand the nature of God through coming to know His son.  You will learn about the HEALING power from His plan for you, and the HEALING power of the Atonement.)
  • Journal  (Writing down and processing your experiences, thoughts and promptings is therapeutic.)
  • Gratitude Journal  (Daily look for and record the blessings you see in your life.  Categorize them under each of the three areas, SPIRIT, BODY and MIND.  Could be a part of your Journal.)
  • Any good religion books that nourish your spirit. 




  • Prayer  (Enlist the Author of your SPIRIT, your BODY and your MIND.  Enough said.)
  • Meditation  (A good time to listen to answers from Father.)
